Design Brief

Havilah Hostel are a not for profit organisation providing aged care services in Maryborough. On completion of the Palmerston St project Havilah purchased an adjacent site. The site master plan incorporated 20, 2 bedroom apartment style Independent Living Units and an 18 bed Residential Aged Care component. Stage 1 completed the RAC which incorporated common areas that included kitchens, lounge, dining facilities and a nurse station adjacent the vertical circulation zone.
